How can I fix my Dell 2400 desktop with Windows XP Home?
A house I just bought had this Dell 2400 in it. I turned it on, not checking the CD drive first, only to realize that the "Dell Operating System CD" was in it. When I got back to the computer, this is what was on the "blue" screen.
(It is not hooked up to the internet.)
