Mains power led not lit, but supply at switch (and fuse) okay?

I have a Worcester 28i combi boiler. I know that switch and fuse are okay and have tested electrics at switch box, but no power on led and boiler not working. I strongly suspect in-line internal fuses but have been unable to remove PCB to locate them and cannot find them anywhere else. Any help?

Thanks to hi-spec plumbing. I needed to remove the bottom plastic cover and all was revealed! I had previously unhinged the whole unit and the fuse remained well hidden. Result!

there is a fuse on the pcb board. if i remember you can do it without moving the board
