Simpson EZI 950 top loading?

water leaking from under machine, not much at first, seems to splash out from spin cycle, but by 2-3 loads laundry floor is wet. Not spinning clothes properly, still too wet. Spinning doesn't sound right and there is a burning rubbery smell at the end. I have tried smaller loads but there is no difference. I checked and the machine is still level.

If the fast spin is getting loud then probably the main seal has worn out causing the leaking and will also have made the bearings rusty and noisy. Check underneath for signs of brown water stains splashed around the inside of the cabinet. Only solution is to have machine stripped down and new seal & bearings fitted. Do it soon before it causes further damage to the tub or the motor.
