ITS THE POWER SUPPLY BOARD. THE TRANSFORMERS THAT CONVERT 230/240v INTO A LOWER VOLTAGE HUM.SOME LOUDER THAN OTHERS. IT SHOULD BE OK ,ITS ALL INTERNALLY FUSED BUT IF YOUR WORRIED, ASK AT YOUR LOCAL TV REPAIR SHOP.
