Leak in AEG Favorit 65070 Vi Dishwasher?

When the dishwasher is filling at the start of the cycle a small amount of water leaks from a small 1 cm diameter corrugated clear plastic pipe that can be seen when the bottom inspection panel is removed, just next to/behind the plastic chamber into which the salt is put.
Unfortunately, as this is an inbuilt unit it is very hard to see where this tube is coming from or whether it is meant to be attached somewhere.
when the anti-flood switch resets the machine works fine but the leak is sufficient to trigger the anti-flood after a few washes.
Please can I ask for any suggestions as to what to do next?
Is there a service manual / layout diagram somewhere?
thanks!

I am still keen to hear suggestions.
However, after the battle involved in getting into the working parts of this integrated appliance, it could be seen that the plastic tube was coming out of the bottom of the matrix just above where the outlet from the water softener fed the softened water into the bottom of the sump below the main dishwasher compartment. As the matrix was not really accessible or serviceable and the piping seemed to have a build-up of muck I ended up flushing hot water with detergent up the tube and back into the sump a few times. Since then the leak has stopped and the dishwasher is working fine.
Thanks to the Haynes manual and no thanks to AEG, who do not make available either a service manual or diagram anywhere.
I hope this helps anyone with the same problem.
Was it worth the effort : yes, when one considers a new dishwasher is £600-700, but I resent the fact they seem to be made to be thrown away with the first problem that develops, or one has to resort to epic efforts to get itno the machine and a monopoly repair service with ludicrous rates and spares prices.
