Beko washer wont take fabric conditioner?

I have a Beko WMA 520 W which has stopped taking in fabric softener. I have cleaned the drawer and run a maintenance wash. Any ideas how to fix other than buying all in one tablets?

remove soap draw.Shine a torch in to the soap draw slot in front of machine and look up at holes where water comes out in to the conditioner compartment.Are they blocked with black mould?.if so try cleaning or replace the top conveyor with a new one
