i have just set up brand new toshiba dvd/videorecorder dvr19dtkb2 .. it functions fine records and plays tapes etc... when i turn off the machine it also shuts tv picture off... this means i have to turn machine on to watch tv.. have i set it up correctly or is this a regular problem...ty mick
