After a wash the clothes do not smell of the fabric conditioner which I put in the dispenser. After the wash the fabric conditioner is no longer in the dispenser. Please can anyone suggest how to fix. My husband has taken the dispenser draw out & there is no dirt. The washing machine is only 2 months old. Many thanks, El

you must use boil wash program regular to keep the machine sterile and clean otherwise it grows bacteria and smells

the tubes going down into the drum, from that back of the despencer, that you cant see " could be blocked with conditioner that has gone hard after time, put the draw back in and pour boling water into the conditioner part of the draw, untill you hear or see it in the drum, be carefull doing this as it might splash back on your feet, so very slow"keep doing this untill the tube is clear,
