After refiling system switch the boiler on and nothing is happening, everything dead.

Time to go into the boiler wiring box, check you have 240v at the live, neutral terminals on the main circuit board.if so ,poss main pcb fault ( why as pcb gone? very reliable) main suspect ,pump. check resistance across motor ( pull plug off pcb and check using test meter,on ohms across live neutral, then live ,earth, neutral earth.) pump can fail then take out fuse on main pcb, or pcb itself.time to get a person in?

You mean no power ,check 3amp fuse incoming live ,if ok check 1.2 fuse on PCB Make sure power is off to do fuse change
