My machine will not drain. I have opened the screw cap but there seems to be another cap without a handle. How do I open this?

you have broken the cap off the bit at the back.you need to pries it out now with something.If you haven't had the filter out regular you will find it well and truly stuck in there.On occasions you have to break the filter out and replace with a new one!!.Check filter once a month at the least
