the machine has so long to fill to a set level.if it doesn't get to this level within the time it stops it working as it assumes it is leaking out.pull machine out and check hoswe isn't kinked.if that looks ok remove hose from machine and hold over a bucket.if on full water pressure is low this could be your issue.check valve is turned on fully.don't assume because the top is full on that the bottom has turned.catches loads of people out.also if you have used one of these self cutting taps that pierce a hole in copper pipe as they can bloke too.if all this appears ok replace inlet valves
