In modern TVs, where almost all functions are controlled by a microcontroller failure can occur or symptoms that appear to be in a given circuit TV, but in reality are related to the Microcontroller.

One of these cases, which occurs frequently in television are "audio failures.
Symptoms that often confuse less experienced technicians, who focus their attention on finding the fault in the TV sound stages, when the cause of the problem, usually, in most cases, a fault or change data in the EEPROM.
You can call the manufacturer helpline and ask them how to diagnose the problem. You can also call a local TV repair shop for an idea of what is going on and what it would cost to repair.
