Is there a synthetic bonding agent to stick new 6mm tarmac to old 6mm tarmac. Have estimate to do it this way as the cheapest method to repair part of my drive around 3x 4.mt. The area has sunk abit. I'm worried it would 'lift' like the pothole repairs on the highways.(UK)
6mm tarmac?
If it's sinking then the hardcore susbstrate is faulty.
It should have a minimum of 150mm compacted hardcore, covered by a bare minimum of 25mm compacted tarmac, though 50mm is better.
