How can I fix my hotpoint wf860 washing machine?

Water gushed out of the dispenser draw and machine is not draining out, no obvious sign of blockage. But when cycle is finished it stops at 1 min to end then returns to full programme. Would love some help!!! My model is hotpoint ultima WF860

if machine does not drain it is a pump related issue, check filter for blockage, also pump impellar for obstruction, if these check out ok it may be blocked on either the sump or emptying hoses or worst case senario worn pump
