Hi,
I have a pair of double glazed upvc french doors which open onto the garden. Normally i just have to lift the handle & turn the key to lock them. Today i came in and lifted the handle & turned the key(fine all locked) but whilst doing this the handle proceeded to raise to a vertical point (past the point it normally does)...i then heard something drop inside the handle ( a bit like small peice of metal perhaps).
Now i cannot open them at all...the handle moves but is not doing anything.
