all my radiators work except for one. any answers???

i've had a new combi boiler fitted (a worchester 24i junior) all my radiators work, except for one. it's one upstairs and it is a tall towel warmer. is my boiler not big powerfull reach it? i have 5 other radiators.

change the thermostatic valve becuase if it is broken it will always shut off the valve which means it will stop the water from circulating and the water will stay cold on that rad.

try bleeding it, failing that if it has a thermostat on the rad, remove the head and tap the pin on the valve.

ive already done that. there is water there, it just wont heat up

try bleeding it, get a radiator key and loosen the little screw at the top of the radiator to let all the air out.
