How can I fix my Siemens rdh10rf?

I'm not getting any lights on my receiver hence no heating
I've tried re setting both the receiver and the controller no joy!

this unit is a pain in the bum,if it lost all power u have to reprog it,fit a better one i had an old guy who turned the spur unit off all the time,so deleting the prog
