esam3500 Delonghi will not run water and am unable to Descale. Seems that when I run the water with the water spout in the machine its clogged. The water and steam discharge out of the bottom into the tray.
What suggestions do you have for releasing the pressure and allowing the water to discharge out of the spout and enable me to descale.
