vokera Linea24 combi boiler?

I am unable to get hot water. I have checked the boiler the heating is working my gas fire is working but the water runs luke warm then goes really cold

Hot water heat exchanger is blocked take out and clean with sprit of salt also clean NTC hot water location next to HW heat exchanger
