How can I find a replacement for my broken Christmas tree plug?

It's an unusual fitting; the fixing to the plug is not detachable and part way up the lead there is a small 2-pin plug which plugs into the rest of the lead.
It's an isolating 12v transformer plug - model number PBA-4001
