my worcester 24i boiler has no flame - no hot water or heating - I've tried to re-pressurise by opening the water valve but the pressure drops from 1.5 to 0 within minutes. The reset button does nothing, not even move - don't know what to do...help, please

u need to solve the pressure problem out first. where is the water going is it leaking outside through the pressure relief valve. if it is it will need replacing u may need to also check the expansion vessel to see if it has 1 - 1.5 bar air pressure when the boiler is empty of water. if its not leaking out through the pressure relief its leaking elsewhere ie pipes joints. u need to find the lose of pressure first
