where does locking pecker fit?

Door lock has come off but where is it fitted and how do I get side off on Hotpoint 1000 deluxe 9535

it is fitted to the rhs of the motor pulley looking at it from the front, if you cant find the retainer just use a cable tie and trim off. adjust the pecker so its just short of touching the belt when the door is closed
