hi
we have a ferroli he31c and the pump motor wont shut off,there is heating,there is hot water , there are no fault codes shown ,yet when the heating reaches its temp or you turn it down before you go to bed,all you can hear is the dam pump running. can anybody help

most likely the pump relay on the pcb has jammed in the on position and is not retracting. u may be able to get the engineer to jam it free if possible or someone to replace the relay on the board. but most likely they will tell to change the pcb which u can get for a good price on ebay. guess its down to who comes out and how they see it. hope it helps
