How can i fix my bey berk international brass porthole clock. bey-SQ515?

Why is it that my clock will not work. I've tried everything I know to do. I've put in a new battery, cleaned it properly and took excellent care of it. So my question is what else can I do and how do I do it?

Do not know the model. But general. Check the battery, YES I know you changed it, I do a lot of clocks, and the number of times I find a duff battery, especially if the cheap ones. I have found a pack of 18 cheap AA batteries, to have about half of them duff from the shop. I always get the branded ones that start with a D, the rabbit ones.
What did you clean it with? DID you let it dry out fully before trying. IF it is the standard black quartz mechanism, about 2 inches square 1/2 inch deep. Replacement units are available at not much more than the price of the battery.
