it wont be the pump. check the micro switch on the diverter valve see if its being activated by the diverter valve by a pin coming out and pushing the switch on. theres a clip just pull it and the switch pops of, turn on the water see if the pin moves. if it does the diverter valve is ok. if it doesnt the diaphragm may have gone in the diverter. also check the micro switch by putting a thin screwdriver in there see if its calling for the burner to come on. DONT HOLD IT ON TO LONG AS IF THE WATERS NOT RUNNING IT WILL OVERHEAT THE BOILER. just press it to see u get the burner to fire up. thats pretty much it good luck.
