How to remove fuse from pcb?

I am trying to check the fuse on the Ideal Isar 24HE pcb, it is a black peg but I am unsure as to whether I have to pull it as it is very firm, I am worried that I may damage something. Advice please.

pull the black tab and the fuse should just pop out. these pcbs are very common to go. its mainly down to bad transformers u may be looking at a new pcb just to warn u
