Are both feeds showing good strength in the services menu? Often if one output of LNB dies or cable not properly terminated you will loose the abiltiy to watch and record or record 2 things at same time. Also try a hard reset (Power off at mains to box, hold back up button on box, keep held while you trun power on to box, wait for all the leds to come on and message that says "do not unplug satellite system updating" then release back up button and wait 30 mins)

If your sky box is making two recordings at the same time - and you attempt to view a third channel then the software announces that something's got to go - a Clash - two things at once is OK but not three things at the same time - insufficient electronic circuitry.

You have the option of viewing through the TV's own tuner while the Sky box does its own thing.
