checking wiring connected to motherboard?

I was trying to check all my connections were in correctly as computer is not turning on, and pulled out some small connections with wires that connect to power on button, not sure if in correct places. Visited zoostorm site, but they dont seem to supply a manual.

Your comment:"wires that connect to power on button"
There should only be one (1) cable running from the power button to the tiny connector on the mobo (motherboard). This is a simple on/off switch, no polarity. This is usually one of several tiny cables, make sure you have it correctly plugged. USUALLY there are labels on the mobo and cable plug (not always). The power cable can be labeled "PWR", system beeper can be "SND", USB front connectors can be "USB1" or USB2", etc. Find your manual and there will be a diagram. Try the manufacturer's website, many times they will post legacy manuals there.
