Potterton heatmax combiboiler DHW problem?
At any flow rate the boiler only delivers water at 36deg C. Control on boiler indicates 60 degC and DHW set temp is at max. Same whether on DHW alone or both DHW and C/H. Whats the problem boiler is 3.25 years old.
