There is no fault code but it just won't wash. The door light won't come on but it does lock the door. As you select the programme to wash, the time comes up on the digital display and indicates that it is ready as you press the start button but it won't fill with water to wash. There is just no movement in the drum at all.

Do you have any ideas as to what it might be?
