It is possible to fix. I can only help you with parts for a 110V unfortunatley we do not have access to the 220 volt electical items.
90% of the time when these mixers get plugged into a 220V outlet it will damage the speed control board, not the motor. I would take the mixer apart, and inspect the speed control board for burn marks, or melted pieces.
