As far as I can tell Crane & Viceroy is not the name of a manufacturing company but just a Brand Name in much the same way that Marmite is a brand belonging to Unilever UK.
Crane & Viceroy do not appear to want your brother to know their address as they have no web presence - it's quite possible that their stuff is made overseas at no particular factory and that the parent company who own the brand is located in some drab office block in a seedy part of a northern industrial city.
If your brother has an issue with a C&V product he should take it up with whoever sold it to him - he has no contract with C&V.
There's a mystery why you do the asking on your brother's behalf - perhaps where he is there is no internet access?
It's also a mystery why I bother to respond to your question - you have shown that you have internet access so you should ideally be able to do your own searching.
