i have a ferroli domicondens he 26 c boiler and the water pressure has dropped , any other boiler i can fix this but i have followed the manual but still no water sounds or pressure guage rising can any one help me with this as have small kids and cant afford to pay call out charges for a small job that can be fixed easy

there are two ballfix valves small with blue handle under the boiler open one by one both one is from main other fill boiler return fill water 1.2 bar open clock wise
