Samsung RS21DCNS Freezer and Fridge Defosted?

I have a Samsung RS21DCNS Fridge Freezer. The Freezer and the fridge stopped working - both defrosted/warmed up to room temperature. The electrics still work. Checked for build up of ice - none found. Is it the control board? If so are they easy to replace and costly?
