My washing machine is not using hot water although both taps are in the on position and there is no blockage from my boiler the machine is a hotpoint aquarius 1100 wm63
are you selecting a hot wash to make the machine use the hot fill?.cold programs don't use the hot fill valve only the cold one.Also test the inlet valve coil with a multimeter.Should be around 4kohms if good
