vokera is the MOST awful brand - mine has died after being completely refurbished only five years ago...and it was only two years old at the time!! it seems that the timer, termosdtate and of course one of the horrible grey plastic knobs were not functional, but when they were replaced it turned out to be (probably) the heat exchanger which was covered in scale probably) stopping the exchanger from registering that the water needed to be heated up... 350 down the drain. If you have had problems before with it, I suggest get rid of it and replace with - I am not sure what but my vaillant central heating boiler is perfect since 1992, and the old chaffoteau lasted at least 25 years, for instant hot water... good luck.
