I have used my Little Yellow steamer only twice. I am unable to screw or unscrew the valve at the filling point. It appears to have become "cross threaded" or in some way detached inside the yellow knob. It simply turns, both ways but has no effect upon the screw thread of the valve. Consequently no steam pressure is built up.
Help please !!!!
