We can switch our Thomson DT16300 top up tv-digital TV recorder on, but can no further. When pressing the controller on Guide or Menu, nothing happens. Strangely, it is still recording!! We have changed the batteries in the remote control but no success. We have Switched off at the mains and left it for a while but that did not help either. Without being able to go into the menu or anywhere else, we are stuck.
