Bosch wfl2260 not starting?

My machine works...sometimes. But I spend a lot of time pressing the start switch to get a wash going, unsuccessfully. I think it maybe the PCB but I am not sure. A new PCB costs £233 but I have seen them on Ebay for £35. Is it easy to fit? Help!!
