My machine seems to be stuck on half load setting - top arm works in all wash modes but bottom arm refuses to move - checked over and this is suggested fault as everything else seems fine. Half load setting light comes on when pressed as normal but doesnt have any effect when off - checked spray pattern by opening door in cycle. How can this be repaired?
