ONE OF 3 POSSIBLE PROBLEMS,1 THE SOAP DRAWER IS BLOCKED,PULL OUT THE DRAWER COMPLETELY AND CHECK OUTER DRAWER 2 THE COLD WATER PRESSURE IS TOO HIGH,TURN DOWN VALVE,3 THE MACHINE ISN'T LEVEL{AND PRESSURE IS TOO HIGH. WATER WILL COME OUT OF THE DRAWER IF THE MACHINE IS TILTING FORWARDS
