My front door blew shut it is locked in the bottom section only and although i can turn the key the bottom of the front hous door remains jammed. The lock is a yale ..all other parts open. I have tried both to lock and unlock but with no success. Anyone familiar with this problem and what can i do.?

Sounds like the door has dropped
You need to lift it to open, you may need to deglaze it to do this.
