Normaly, cordless devices don't have any reset button.
Check it's batterie.
It may be discharged: RECHARGE it NOW!
It may have been left totaly discharged for to long, just a few days is enough. Those batteries are Li-ion batteries. Li-ion batteries are destroyed by been discharged for to long. It needs replacing.
Replacing the batteries probably cost more than getting a brand new screwdriver, usualy a LOT more...
