Washer Dryer Indesit WDN 2196 WG is not spining on spin cycle?

I tried to jump my spin cycle,so it did not spin more than i needed .When i did this there was a pop,and now the drum will not turn or spin.It fills with water and will drain but will not wash.

What do you mean when you tried to 'jump' your spin cycle?

REMOVE PLUG/POWER OFF

It sounds to me like the speed module has gone. This can be found usually at the back of the machine towards the bottom left side as you're looking at the machine from the back. Take of the rear panel, and you will see it held on by 2 screws encased in a plastic holder. If you carefully remove the wires noting exactly where they went you should be able to see some visible damage to the board.
