whilst trying to remove the internal filling key on my Worcester greenstar 24cdi combi boiler.which became a little bit tight.it snapped off inside.any suggestions,how to remove it from the manifold.

i would just leave it in there wont do no harm as long as the boiler still fills. i think if u try and remove it u may damage any parts in doing so. you can always purchase the complete filling loop part from a boiler spares shop or online, then it would a matter of just changing the whole part
