How can I fix my Bosch washing machine WFK 2801?

Stopping mid-way through cycle with Error code 01 and pump/spin lights flashing.
Have cleaned all filters in water inlets and checked taps turned on, and have cleaned outlet hose, drain pipe and pump as per insturction booklet.
All to no avail!!!
