Have a Sony Handycam DCR-SR58 with recordings on its memory. Tried to save to computer, but it will not recognise the device. Have tried on someone elses computer & with another lead , and still the same happens.
How can I save the recordings I have on the camcorder , would like to transfer to DVD .
