Your freeview recorder is Top Up TV recorder. Top Up TV use to broadcast a 14 day epg, but permanently ceased broadcasting on 1st November 2013.
It has the capability of using the standard freeview epg.
Unfortunately the user manual for the Thompson DTI 6021 does not give details of how to turn on what it refers to as the standard freeview 7 day epg. However, other people have reported on-line that they have successfully looked through Top Up TV records’ on screen menus and found the setting to change.
Immediately after changing the setting so that the 8 day epg is used please be patient. It will take time before all the epg is populated without any gaps.
