I'm not familiar with your TV & I'm not a technician, but I've worked on numerous electronics (TVs). If you're handy with tools, the one suggestion I can make (it's worked for me many times) is look inside the TV for a "memory" battery (a large "button" battery), it may be hard to find & it may have a "shield" soldered in place, find it & do whatever it takes to change the battery. there's a [good] chance it'll cure your TVs problem. If it don't, it'll have been an extremely inexpensive gamble, mostly your time will have been invested.
If the battery was "hard-wired" in, mount a [button] battery holder & if you ever have to change it out again it'll be a simple pop-out affair.
