my tv guide comes up but all the programmes are blank. will no show details of programmes and will not record when record button is pressed. The Model is Thompson DT6300

You need to revert to 8 day listings instead of 14 day. Got to menu, set-up, then box settings and change the period there. The guide will return, patchy at first but will fill up gaps in a couple of hours
